Do you only perform the All-on-4 Procedure?

A. Dental 359 – All-on-4® Perth clinic provides all aspects of implant, restorative and aesthetic dentistry, whether you need single or multiple tooth replacements or improve existing teeth. We will discuss all of the options available to you and help you choose the best course of action.

A. Yes in most cases. All-on-4 is a modern technique where tilting the back implants to helps overcome bone deficiencies often found in the back of the mouth. In some cases the upper jaw may be very deficient in bone and extra long implants may be used. These implants are called Zygomatic implants and are anchored into the check bone, providing an alternative to bone grafting. As with the regular All-on-4 technique, new teeth can be connected to them within three days of implant placement
A. Almost always we are able to perform implant placement comfortably, utilising local anaesthesia alone or along with light sedation. Additionally, we have the capability of providing IV sedation or general anaesthesia as needed.
A. In most cases you don’t have to wait at all. By taking advantage of sophisticated 3D computer imaging we are able to place your implants precisely on day 1. Day 2 teeth are set in wax and tried in your mouth after surgery. Adjustments of tooth position and colour can be made at this stage. Day 3 your new fully fixed replacement teeth are inserted.
A. No, when you leave our office you will have a complete set of non-removable, natural-looking replacement teeth. You will never have to take your dentures out again.

A. As with any medical procedure, there are risks. Dr Hooman Golestani will discuss them with you, as well as the benefits and alternatives. While age is not a factor, some diseases such as diabetes have been shown to lower the success rate. We will take a full history and thoroughly discuss any issues with you as part of our initial examination.
